Open My account from the menu under your name at the bottom left. It holds what is yours alone — not the organisation's or the assistant's.
Profile
Your name and e-mail. They cannot be changed here: when you sign in with a Microsoft or Google account, they change there; otherwise the draften operator keeps them.
Language and appearance
Language of the interface — Czech or English. Yours alone; the language the assistant answers customers in is set on the assistant.
Appearance — Light, Dark or Match the system. Yours alone, and only in this browser.
Signing in
Depending on how your organisation signs in:
- With the organisation's account (Microsoft or Google) — you need no password. When you leave the organisation, your access to draften ends too.
- With a password — change it here: type the current password and a new one of at least 12 characters. A longer phrase is better than a word with a number.
Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click Forgotten password and a link to set a new one comes by e-mail.
My organisations
The organisations you are a member of, with your role. Open switches to one. You also switch between organisations and assistants in the menu at the top left.
Signing out
The Sign out button is in the menu under your name at the bottom left.
