# My account

Open **My account** from the menu under your name at the bottom left. It
holds what is yours alone — not the organisation's or the assistant's.

## Profile

Your name and e-mail. They cannot be changed here: when you sign in with a
Microsoft or Google account, they change there; otherwise the draften
operator keeps them.

## Language and appearance

**Language of the interface** — Czech or English. Yours alone; the language
the assistant answers customers in is set on the assistant.

**Appearance** — **Light**, **Dark** or **Match the system**. Yours alone,
and only in this browser.

## Signing in

Depending on how your organisation signs in:

- **With the organisation's account (Microsoft or Google)** — you need no
  password. When you leave the organisation, your access to draften ends too.
- **With a password** — change it here: type the current password and a new
  one of at least 12 characters. A longer phrase is better than a word with a
  number.

Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click **Forgotten password** and a
link to set a new one comes by e-mail.

## My organisations

The organisations you are a member of, with your role. **Open** switches to
one. You also switch between organisations and assistants in the menu at the
top left.

## Signing out

The **Sign out** button is in the menu under your name at the bottom left.
